In most cases, people happen to use MoMo more often than normal bank transfers and withdrawals. So, this article will take you through simple ways to transfer money from your bank account to your MoMo wallet with ease.

NOTE: This approach can not be done if your bank has not linked your MTN MoMo number to your bank account. So I would recommend you visit your bank and register for their mobile banking policy.

  • Dial *170#.
  • Select Option 5 [Financial Services].
  • Select Option 1 [Bank Service].
  • Select Option 2 [Transfer from Bank].
  • Select Bank.
  • Enter your Bank Account Number.
  • Enter the Amount to transfer.
  • Enter MoMo PIN.
  • You will receive a notification for a successful transaction.
